The fleet includes 4-seater aircraft (3 passenger seats) and 7-seater aircraft (6 passenger seats).

Luggage Allowance:

For day trips, passengers can bring essentials like swimwear and towels. Overnight travellers are typically allowed 10 to 15 kg each, packed in small cabin-sized bags. Large items such as bikes and surfboards cannot be accommodated.

Weight Limits:

The displayed maximum weight capacity of the aircraft in the booking system includes both passengers and their luggage. Pilots will not accept loading above the specified weight limits.

Accessibility:

The 7-seater aircraft can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs. It's recommended to contact Rottnest Air-Taxi directly to discuss mobility access prior to booking.

Weather Conditions:

Flights are rarely affected by weather conditions on land and often operate even when ferries are delayed or cancelled. Your Pilot will stay in contact with you 12 hours before your booking to advise of any changes. 

Cancellations:

By Wadjemup Aerial Service: If a flight is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, options include rescheduling at no charge or receiving a full refund. 
By Passengers: Cancellation requests by passengers may incur administration fees.
